shortsbuilder is operated by a single individual for their own use. It does not collect data from, or act on behalf of, anyone other than its operator.
When the operator connects a platform account (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), the resulting OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on the operator's own machine, in a file scoped to that platform. These tokens are never transmitted anywhere except directly to that platform's own API, to authenticate publishing requests the operator initiates.
Video files produced by the tool are the operator's own content. They are uploaded only to the platform account(s) the operator has connected, using each platform's official publishing API.
No data collected or generated by this tool is sold, shared, or transmitted to any third party beyond the platform APIs (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) the operator explicitly connects to.
The operator can revoke platform access at any time from that platform's own account settings, and can delete locally stored tokens by removing them from the local machine.
